This role will be working on Activision; one of the World’s largest third-party gaming publishers, responsible for games including Call of Duty and Destiny as well as the world-renowned denim apparel retailer – Levi’s.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Account management
-
Daily management of Paid Social campaigns and continuously plan, implement and report on these campaigns.

Support the wider team in acting as a liaison between clients, partner/global agencies, execution team and management to ensure flawless communications and program execution

Manage, and coordinate campaign strategies for social channels which include but are not limited to: Facebook, YouTube and Snapchat/Twitter/Pinterest.

Provide direct oversight, management, leadership and guidance to the rest of the team

Manage client expectations every day and forecast and manage workload

Manage the workload of the team - the senior planner as well as 3 planners in the team.
Campaign Management/Optimization

Optimise campaigns towards set objectives and demonstrate ability to be innovative

Analyse ongoing results to identify campaign trends and key insights to help meet and exceed client goals

Continuously recommend new ideas/strategies/tactics and implement them for the client’s benefit

Create presentations and remain interested in client’s business objectives and strategy
The Requirements:
-
Experience of planning/managing complex Facebook advertising campaigns is essential. Experience working with YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter and Snapchat also preferred

Experience of managing a team of planners or executives

Comfortable with Excel at an immediate level (pivot tables, functions etc) and analyse clients results to create actionable insights

Understanding of broader digital platforms especially display, performance & mobile

To be a personal evangelist for social advertising with a strong POV

Great interpersonal and communication skills, including an ability to vary tone of voice

Ability to collaborate and work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously

Analytical with an eye for detail – good excel skills are essential

Passionate about social advertising, the marketplace and technology
