Senior PPC Manager - Travel Tech

 

Hybrid Working - 2 days per week in Central London office

 

Salary £60-70k

That’s why we’re looking for a forward-thinking, data-driven PPC leader to join this world-class team. If you thrive on setting and achieving growth targets and are passionate about optimizing performance marketing channels, then this role is for you.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Take ownership of key growth metrics, including New Customers, CAC/CPA/ROAS, with a focus on new customer retention rates.
  • Conduct comprehensive PPC account audits to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Strategically allocate resources and PPC budget to achieve business goals effectively.
  • Optimise critical user journeys and touchpoints for both acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of digital marketers, ensuring operational excellence and fostering collaboration across channels.
  • Establish and nurture key partnerships with third parties, including SA360, Google, and Microsoft.

 

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

 

  • Proven success in designing and executing campaign strategies across the full spectrum of Google Ads products, including Search, Performance Max, Discovery, and UAC.
  • Expertise in paid search and biddable platforms, such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with experience in managing Baidu campaigns being a plus.
  • Proficiency in performance management, budget pacing, forecasting, and optimisation across bidding, ad copy, and landing pages.
  • Experience collaborating with external teams, including Local Markets, Data Science, and Engineering, to drive operational efficiency and identify automation opportunities.
  • A strong inclination toward testing and learning, including the ability to plan and execute tests, analyse results, propose iterations, and implement rollout strategies.
