This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong programmatic experience who enjoys being at the heart of product innovation, working directly with traders and optimisation teams. The Role: This hire will be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of a proprietary platform that plays a critical role in trading efficiency. It’s a highly visible role, with stakeholders across trading, product, and engineering, and is ideal for someone who can bring confidence, structure, and insight into a fast-moving environment. Key responsibilities include: Be the go-to Product Manager for a global trading platform. Engaging with traders to understand pain points, gather feedback, and deliver improvements. Driving the product roadmap and contributing to overall platform strategy. Supporting demo and pitch efforts alongside commercial teams when required. Championing continuous improvement, new ideas, and best practices in platform design. What They're Looking For: A strong background in programmatic advertising - agency, brand, or buy-side experience all considered. Solid product management skills, ideally having owned or led internal platform development. A confident communicator who’s comfortable leading discussions with senior stakeholders.
