Position Overview

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client's digital revenue streams. Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Sales Management: Lead the sales strategy for digital advertising and subscription products, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities within the digital publishing landscape.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies tailored to the evolving needs of clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with editorial, marketing, and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Training & Mentorship: Mentor junior sales team members and provide guidance to improve overall team performance.



  • Experience: Experience in digital sales, preferably within the publishing or media sector.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in client direct sales and achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital advertising, publishing trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, digital advertising platforms, and sales analytics tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
