You’ll be working with world-class experts in data science, AI, and contextual targeting, with your ideas and drive playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business. This is a strategic and hands-on sales role where you’ll spearhead new revenue opportunities across leading media agencies and direct clients, helping to scale one of the most exciting AdTech offerings in the market. The role: Full ownership of developing new business opportunities across a targeted agency patch (Publicis focused). Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at both agencies and advertisers. Pitch compelling solutions that champion contextual advertising and privacy-centric targeting. Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and meetings to proposals and deal closing. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and deliver exceptional results. Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and strategic input to the leadership team. Potential to grow into an Account Director role as the business expands. Your profile: You will have held a Senior Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or Senior Sales Executive role within a digital media, AdTech, or programmatic environment. Strong understanding of digital media and programmatic buying landscapes; passion for privacy-first and contextual solutions a major plus. Demonstrated success in opening doors, pitching, and consistently exceeding sales targets. Commercially savvy with excellent negotiation skills and a consultative approach.
