The Role:

Lead, develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic performance
-
Manage contact with the client creating first class relationships
-
Work with the content and editorial team to ensure you are meeting and exceeding client expectations

Lead, develop coach and inspire direct reports
-
Supporting new business and client servicing as required
Skills Required:

Above all a genuine passion for digital and a hunger to work in a fast-paced agency in a hands-on capacity

Strong leadership capability

Have strong technical knowledge but also the ability to relate this to clients – this is a client facing role so you need to enjoy this aspect

Not be afraid to take risks and try new things – you need to be entrepreneurial

Able to articulate an advanced understanding of SEO principles

Proven track record of delivering excellent results through SEO strategies

Analytical and data driven

Experience of using industry tools such as Yandex, Baidu, Google, Bing, and Yahoo
