Remote (LONDON BASED)
I am working in partnership on an exciting new ‘Head of Social Media’ position with an incredible brand within the Financial sector. This business are forward thinking and have been backed By some very high profile investors who have been involved with industry leading brands.
- Founded in 2022, officially launching 11 months ago.
- The company has raised the largest ever VC funding round with a £120m AUM Seed round. Backed by Index Ventures and Accel.
- Their north star vision is to be £10-30B AUM within 10 years, which would be circa £250m ARR.
- Story led with ETF’s focused agile investments across Healthcare, Strategic Equity and Alternatives
- They are growing 20% month on month at the moment!
The Role:
- Shape and lead social media marketing at an exciting financial start-up.
- Build the public profile and tell the story of a range of exciting funds spanning life sciences (obesity, cancer, neuroscience and mental health)
- Work with the content and investment team to produce industry leading digital marketing strategies across organic social media, community management, and influencers.
- Organic: work reactively and quickly to post or promote engaging content in response to news flow that impacts our firms
- Community: shape our brand through community management, particularly on Reddit and Twitter
- Influencers: identify and engage a network of influencers
- Make effective, collaborative and imaginative use of various marketing tools, including video, across all social media platforms
- Willingness to learn quickly and carry out a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced, hands-on and rewarding environment
Experience:
- 3-4+ years of experience of social media marketing within fintech/financials or asset management marketing
- Strong social media skills, especially across Reddit and TikTok
- Experience in highly targeted campaigns in retail investment channels
- Understanding of, or willingness to learn quickly, retail investor reading and buying habits as they pertain to digital
