The Opportunity

The Role
- Attends client meetings to conduct in depth discovery on the customer’s current and future states and positive business outcomes
- Develop compelling presentations that illustrate the company’s business value to customers at all levels
- Serve as the designated expert to clients and potential clients regarding all the company’s products and services
- Troubleshoot and investigate technical issues related to client implementation
- Actively consult the client on solutions that would help it optimize its revenue
- Collect client requirements and work closely with product teams to shape the product roadmap
Your Profile
- Ideally 2-3 years’ experience as a pre-sales engineer
- Preference to experience within the Ad - Tech industry
- Demonstrated ability to understand business issues and apply creative solutions
- Excellent communication skills and strong client-facing business acumen
