Company

A SaaS technology business that is helping major publishers with compliance across GDPR, Ads.txt, and 3rd party testing. Given the investment, publishers are making with things like transparency this business is at the epicenter of key industry topics.

Role

• The main point of contact for publishers, post-sale on all technical training across the product

• Helping onboard new clients and setting project roadmaps

• Interpret data to help inform clients on opportunities to increase efficiencies and profits

• Actively inform clients on developments and help consult them on major industry topics

Skills and Attributes

• Ad Op’s or analytics experience in a publisher is essential to be successful at this role

• Experience using Java is preferred

• Need to have exp using DFP and analytical tools such as Big Data Query, SQL – this is essential to consult clients tech team

• Ability to present to clients and breakdown technical information in an easy to understand way

• Be familiar working with data sets and pulling insights to inform clients

• Happy to be part of a smaller team and work collaboratively on projects
