SEO Specialist (technical)
London or Brighton based (hybrid working)
I am currently working with a leading full service digital agency to hire for a SEO Specialist. This role will join their SEO team and focus on delivering technical SEO excellence for all their clients.
You will provide Technical SEO best practices for site migrations, conduct technical audits, and work closely with our product team to develop technical SEO best practices.

Day-to-day of the role
- Deliver Technical SEO recommendations that follow best practices.
- Complete technical audits to identify issues that may be blocking search engines from crawling and indexing content, and provide clear and concise recommendations for resolving these issues.
- Implement SEO recommendations to improve website performance.
- Training and mentoring junior SEO staff. This includes teaching them about the technical aspects of SEO and how to implement SEO recommendations.
About you
- Experience using SEO tools, such as Screaming Frog, OnCrawl, Google Search Console, APIs (Application Programming Interface), Schema testing, and Chrome Inspector.
- Ability to set up custom dashboards and knowing the best tools for technical monitoring.
- Experienced in tracking Technical SEO performance and overall site health.
- Experienced in delivering technical SEO actions, prioritising actions and business casing.
