The Role:

• As a technical trainer, this role requires an organized, proactive individual to ensure the training process of the Trader team is seamless and to the highest standard.

• Ensuring all necessary resources are available for training to take place. Effectively communicate to all stakeholders surrounding training requirements and dates.

• Schedule, organize, and project manage training schedules for new starters as well as general employees, including teaching, advising, and content development.

• Evaluate, train, audit and coach trainers from across the company

Skills and Attributes:

• Minimum 2 years’ technical experience within digital advertising

• Experience as a training coordinator, technical manager or similar role is preferred but not essential

• Good communication, presentation and public speaking skills

• Proactive in undertaking training analysis seeking improvements in process/ methods of operating.
