As a technical trainer, this role requires an organized, proactive individual to ensure the training process of the Trader team is seamless and to the highest standard.
Ensuring all necessary resources are available for training to take place. Effectively communicate to all stakeholders surrounding training requirements and dates.
Schedule, organize, and project manage training schedules for new starters as well as general employees, including teaching, advising, and content development.
Evaluate, train, audit and coach trainers from across the company
Skills and Attributes:
Minimum 2 years’ technical experience within digital advertising
Experience as a training coordinator, technical manager or similar role is preferred but not essential
Good communication, presentation and public speaking skills
Proactive in undertaking training analysis seeking improvements in process/ methods of operating.
