Trading Director - Programmatic £50,000-55,000 - Agency - Marketing Ref: 1153 Date Posted: Friday 08 Mar 2019 Trading Director Having recruited for this company since 2012, we have worked closely to help them build various teams - they are highly regarded in the programmatic space and have grown hugely over this period. They are the Agency Trading Desk for a Major Global Media Agency Group and they partner with leading DSP’s to create and manage audiences across Display, Video, Mobile and Social. The Role: This is a pivotal appointment for the agency, who are seeking a passionate individual at Director level within the programmatic trading space to join their growing Programmatic team. Programmatic Trading Director Contributing to establishing the agency as a market leading solution and building the story into a huge success story Delivery of Programmatic Media - planning, management, delivery, optimisation, reporting and post campaign analysis A roll your hands up environment where “doing” is paramount Recruiting and building an effective programmatic trading team Skills & Attributes: BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience 4+ years’ experience using a range of DSP’s (DBM and/or AppNexus preferred) Strong passion for programmatic activation and optimisation Likely experience will have been working for a media agency, agency trading desk or in-house at a brand It is likely that this individual will be at Senior Manager level, ready to take the step up to Associate Director level Analytical, organized and a strategic thinker Strong commercial awareness and sound knowledge of the programmatic digital landscape How do I apply?
