They work with some of the biggest names in tech and are looking to hire a Training Specialist to help onboard and empower their expanding customer base. About the Company: My client is a recognised leader in the B2B MarTech space, trusted by enterprise giants for their powerful, API-first platform that boosts campaign performance and ensures top-tier data quality and compliance. They’re scaling rapidly and building out a best-in-class Customer Success function to support their growing user base. The Role: As a Training Specialist, you’ll play a key role in customer enablement, ensuring new users are fully trained and confident using the platform. You’ll also work internally to support product knowledge across customer-facing teams and help shape scalable training solutions as the business grows. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging training programs to new customers via live sessions, e-learning modules, and hands-on workshops. Act as a coach and knowledge resource for internal teams across onboarding and customer success. Manage and evolve the Learning Management System to meet training goals. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve content, tools, and delivery methods. Track training effectiveness and continuously refine programs for scalability and impact. What They’re Looking For: 2–3 years' experience in a training or enablement role, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment. Confident delivering training to a range of audiences, with strong presentation and communication skills. Experience managing learning platforms and using content creation tools. Strong organisational and project management capabilities. Ability to explain technical or complex concepts in a clear and engaging way.
