About the role
Ogury are hiring a Sales Manager to join our expanding sales team. As Sales Manager, you are an individual contributor with previous experience in a Sales environment. You will leverage Ogury’s mobile solutions to establish new business and retain existing. The Sales Manager will assist the team to identify, source, pitch, define, negotiate, close and manage digital advertising revenue. You will act as a subject matter expert in the marketplace, working to educate businesses about Ogury's offerings.
What you will be doing
Own and drive the technical relationship with our Agency partners
Act as the primary customer experience representative between our publishers’ technical representatives (product managers, developers, …) in a consultative way to build credibility and position Ogury as their preferred long-term strategic partner.
Figure out the best technical approach based on our publishers’ monetisation stack
Focus on Ogury’s strategy, and achieving your objectives with full support from a variety of different stakeholders.
Communicate effectively; coordinate and balance priorities; solve problems and make decisions; build relationships
About you
You have at least 1 year experience in a sales environment.
You have a wide range of different relationships built within your previous positions.
A high degree of creativity, self-motivation, and drive.
An eagerness to work in a start-up team environment that will be rapidly changing.
Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
You are an educator and business consultant – connecting with clients to maximize their potential and relationship.
