The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and performance-minded Video Producer with strong editing skills and a deep understanding of what works on social. You’ll take ownership of producing high-performing paid media content—scripting, editing, and optimising ads for platforms like TikTok, Meta, and Instagram Reels.
You’ll work closely with Growth and Content teams to rapidly test creative ideas, iterate based on performance data, and deliver video that drives user acquisition and engagement. If you can turn performance insights into standout social storytelling—and love moving fast—this role is for you.
Responsibilities

Create scroll-stopping video ads optimised for paid social channels

Edit and own post-production for TikTok, Meta, and Reels using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

Lead creative development—from scripting to shooting to final edit

Collaborate cross-functionally with growth marketers, content leads, and designers

Test, learn, and iterate using real performance data from ad platforms

Champion bold storytelling, punchy hooks, and platform-native formats

Balance speed and quality, delivering a steady stream of content while knowing when to slow down and refine

Manage media assets—organise, log, and ingest footage as needed

Provide creative feedback on edits produced by others

Build lightweight animations or overlays in After Effects (where needed)
What We’re Looking For

2+ years’ experience in social-first video production (consumer brand or agency side)

Proven track record creating high-performing paid media content

Strong editing skills with a fast and efficient workflow

Deep understanding of TikTok/Meta best practices, formats, and ad trends

Experience working with performance data to guide creative

Bonus: experience with DTC brands, mobile-first platforms, or food content
