VP, AdTech
Location - Will offer Remote working but need to be able to come to the London office when requested
Salary: £120k-£150k + OTE
We are exclusively hiring for a VP for an exciting AdTech startup. This is a chance to get involved in a high-growth start-up in the early phases and have a real impact in their expansion plans.
This person would run the P&L of the business and work in partnership with the CEO to strategically oversee the day-to-day running of the business.
Responsibilities
- Play a major role in defining the commercial roadmap of the business
- Partner with the CEO
- Develop a high performing team, provide leadership and contribute to the wider industry
- Run the P&L of the business, and work closely with the finance team to manage budgets and ensure financial goals are achieved.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role in the AdTech industry
- Experience of building and growing high-performing teams preferably both commercial and operational teams
- Passionate about the AdTech industry who contributes to the wider ecosystem.
