We would like to say a big THANKYOU to all the people who have helped and supported us through our first year.
We are very delighted to announce the one year anniversary of Pivotal London – it was on 2nd October, 2014 that we first announced ourselves and started the process towards becoming a fully-fledged digital recruitment business!
When the three of us sat down recently to reflect over a beer, we all agreed we have never felt anything quite so daunting, yet equally exciting as sitting in our 8ft x 8ft office on Tabernacle St. on day one, and thinking "wow! lets pick the phone up and create a business!". We had no brand, no heritage, no clients and no candidates, but we did have a loads of energy and some youthful ignorance that we would just "make it happen".
We thought we’d have some early adopters but we certainly did not expect the massive adoption that we’ve seen in just one year. It feels like there's some genuine good will towards start-ups in this market, I guess lots of people have been through the experience and remember what it feels like!
Today, just 12 months later, Pivotal is completely up and running; we are working with high quality businesses and some of the most talented people in the market; and we are doing our very best to drive our client’s business plans and help people fulfil their career ambitions.
In Year One:
