Phil’s interest in Media / Marketing started during his BA in Advertising and has grown even further during his 10+ years recruiting for the UK’s leading agencies, within which time he has recruited for all manner of Media Planning & Buying and Strategy roles.

Phil takes on a very consultative approach and really enjoys truly understanding the people and clients he works with.
