He has 3 years of recruitment experience hiring Finance and Strategy/Commercial Professionals into Fintech & Financial Services primarily focusing on start-up and scaleups throughout his time. Justin can support you on all your creative strategist hires across all levels of the business.

Prior to recruitment Justin was a professional rugby player and continues to be involved within the rugby community as well as being an avid Arsenal Fan. He also enjoys hiking and travelling.
