Chris brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as Founding Director. With a proven track record of launching, expanding and managing successful teams across all areas of Digital Marketing and Media, Chris enjoys working with individuals to help them reach their full potential, whether that be as a Consultant or as a Manager.

Chris is passionate about the Digital industry and continues to stay close to the market, overseeing Pivotal’s largest team that work with both independent and global Agencies. Thriving on the challenge of managing key relationships and offering support and advice to clients on how they can hire in a candidate short market place.

In his role as a Founding Director, Chris is responsible for all things people. This includes but is not limited to Internal Recruitment, Training & Development and ensuring everyone within Pivotal is mapped on to a bespoke Career Frameworks.

Born and raised in Coventry, Chris moved to London at the tender age of 22. Fast forward a couple of years, he still tries to take part in as many sports as possible. He has two children, who he is eternally grateful have their mother’s looks!
