Are you a strategic Account Director, with strong digital planning experience, looking to make a genuine impact?

I am currently working with a leading independent media agency known for its purpose-led, data-driven approach and vibrant, people-first culture. The Role
As Account Director, you’ll take the reins on two of the agency’s high-profile clients. This is a leadership role which involves overseeing integrated media planning and campaign delivery, with a strong emphasis on digital. You’ll report to a Business Director and manage an Account Manager while collaborating closely with a high-performing team of media specialists.

You’ll be joining at an exciting time—one client is building on a landmark brand campaign and advanced econometrics work, while the other just wrapped a major campaign across TV, social, and radio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning and integrated media execution across digital, print, DRTV, and social.
  • Drive client relationships and partnership development through insight, innovation, and excellent project management.
  • Oversee campaign delivery across both performance and brand campaigns.
  • Manage a small team and contribute to the wider leadership of the client portfolio.

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in client servicing and stakeholder management.
  • Strong media planning background with cross-channel experience.
  • Deep understanding of digital media strategy, planning, and performance.
  • Proficiency with planning tools (e.g. YouGov, TGI).
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with offline media (TV, radio, press) is a bonus.
