📣 Account Director – Customer Success (AdTech / Digital Media)

London | Hybrid
£45,000 + 25% bonus 

I’m supporting a fast-growing digital media business that runs multi-channel, data-driven campaigns for major brands. They’re expanding their Customer Success team and hiring an Account Director to lead campaign delivery, elevate client relationships, and produce high-quality insights that drive repeat business.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex digital campaigns (Display, CTV, Audio, DOOH, etc.)

  • Build strong agency relationships and act as a senior point of contact

  • Produce clear weekly updates, optimisations, and polished PCAs

  • Turn data into compelling stories with recommendations for future activity

  • Mentor junior team members and be the team’s “voice of authority”

  • Collaborate with Sales, Activation, and Data teams to ensure flawless delivery

What They’re Looking For

  • 4+ years in digital media, media agency, or AdTech campaign management

  • Strong client-facing skills and a calm, organised approach

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability

  • Confident presenting insights and influencing senior stakeholders

  • Experience creating PCAs, reporting decks, and data-led recommendations
