The Opportunity

• Lead standout integrated campaigns spanning media, influencer, content, and experiential.

• Act as a trusted senior partner to clients, shaping strategy and driving measurable impact.

• Oversee and mentor talented teams while building a positive, high-performing culture.

Responsibilities

• Own client programmes end-to-end, from planning and strategy through to delivery and reporting.

• Provide clear, confident client counsel and act as the primary senior contact.

• Manage shoots, events, influencer activations, and integrated campaigns across multiple accounts.

• Oversee budgets, scopes, forecasting, and financial performance.

• Lead media and influencer strategies, ensuring high-quality execution and results.

• Guide, resource, and develop your team, creating clarity, accountability, and growth.

• Contribute to new business pitches, creative brainstorms, and wider agency initiatives.

Your Profile

• Experienced in an agency Account Director (or Senior Account Manager ready to step up) role.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.

• Confident leading teams and senior client relationships simultaneously.

• Calm problem-solver with excellent time management and troubleshooting skills.

• Skilled across integrated communications, including media, influencer, and content.

• Motivated by building great work and even better team culture.
