This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile global account, leading regional media strategy and campaign activation across multiple European markets. Working within a fast-paced international environment, you will play a key role in driving performance, innovation, and operational excellence.

The Opportunity

  • Lead EMEA campaign strategy and execution across multiple media channels

  • Act as a strategic partner for key European markets, with a focus on Spain and Italy

  • Collaborate closely with international hub teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery

  • Drive innovation and optimisation across regional media activity

  • Work with globally recognised consumer brands in a complex, high-growth environment

  • Influence campaign planning, operational standards, and cross-market best practice

  • Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives across regional workstreams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee regional media strategies aligned to client objectives and KPIs

  • Lead campaign planning and activation across multiple countries and languages

  • Manage stakeholder relationships across local and international teams

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, accurately, and to the highest standard

  • Identify optimisation opportunities through cross-channel analysis and reporting

  • Support collaboration between strategic and executional teams across regions

  • Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements where required

  • Maintain strong knowledge of media platforms, trends, and best practice

Your Profile

  • Proven experience within media activation, account management, or campaign leadership roles

  • Strong knowledge of digital media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, or DSPs

  • Experience managing multi-market or EMEA campaigns within an agency environment

  • Understanding of media planning principles including reach, frequency, channels, and formats

  • Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication and organisational skills

  • Experience working with large global brands and complex campaign structures

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution

  • Travel, hospitality, or consumer brand experience would be advantageous
