eCommerce Account Director (Freelance)

We're working with a leading media network to recruit an experienced eCommerce Account Director to support a growing commerce media team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong retail media and marketplace experience who enjoys leading client relationships while delivering best-in-class commerce campaigns.
The role
You'll act as the lead contact across key client accounts, overseeing campaign planning, activation and optimisation across leading commerce media platforms.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end eCommerce media campaigns.
- Leading client relationships and strategic planning.
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and to budget.
- Mentoring junior team members.
- Driving campaign performance through optimisation and reporting.
About you
You'll have experience across:
- Amazon Ads and retail media platforms.
- Commerce media strategy and campaign activation.
- Digital marketing and performance media.
- Client leadership and stakeholder management.
- Platform tools such as Amazon DSP, Criteo or similar.
Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and bid management platforms such as Pacvue or Skai would be highly advantageous.
