Our client is a global media and marketing business working with some of the world’s largest brands. Its growing commerce practice combines data, technology and media expertise to help clients turn shopper behaviour into measurable commercial growth.

The Opportunity

• Join a growing Commerce Media / Retail Media practice working with a major global FMCG client.

• Take ownership of a portfolio across the UK, with the market positioned as a lighthouse market to test, shape and evolve new approaches.

• Work across Amazon, Citrus and Criteo, helping shape campaigns rather than simply executing a fixed plan.

• Act as a key client contact, providing strategic guidance across commerce media activity and helping clients navigate opportunities across the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, activation, optimisation and reporting of commerce media campaigns.

• Manage projects to brief, schedule and budget while ensuring a high standard of delivery.

• Line manage an Account Manager and Senior Account Executive, supporting their development and overseeing delivery.

• Challenge existing approaches, bring new ideas and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and ways of working.

Your Profile

• Proven experience within commerce media / retail media, ideally around 5–6 years.

• Strong hands-on expertise across Amazon and Citrus, with Criteo experience also required.

• Agency or client-side backgrounds considered, provided you have genuine commerce media experience.

• A confident client manager and strategic thinker who enjoys challenging the status quo and influencing how things are done.
