🎸 Agency Sales Manager – Global Adtech Scale-Up | £70k + £35k bonus | London (Hybrid)
I’m partnering with a fast-growing international adtech business that’s quickly establishing itself as a serious challenger in the UK market. After huge success across Spain and LATAM (where they sit just behind Google in scale), they’re now expanding rapidly across the UK, US, France, and the Middle East.
Backed by major VC investment and formed from the combination of five leading European adtech players, their platform offers a full-funnel solution — from SSP and contextual AI to branded content and premium media partnerships.
💡 The role:
• Lead UK agency development with a focus on either Omnicom, GroupM, Havas, and IPG.
• Open new trading agreements and build momentum with key agency stakeholders.
• Drive new business activity and build appetite for the platform.
• Represent a product suite spanning programmatic, branded content, and contextual AI.
• Collaborate with an ambitious international team (sales, ops, AM in the UK; finance in LATAM).
💼 The package:
• £70k base + £35k OTE (bonus from 60% of target, uncapped overachievement).
• Hybrid London role (Tues–Thurs in office).
