An exciting Client Leadership Account Director role has arisen at one of the UK’s leading independent agencies!
As an agency; they have an incredible reputation, a lovely, inclusive culture built on collaboration, and one of the best retention rates in the industry as they genuinely care for their staff and promote progression through twice yearly reviews and industry leading training.
As a Client Leadership Account Director, you will be working on two of the agency’s most important clients, where you will be the key day-to-day contact for both accounts.
Your profile:
- 3-5 years’ experience working in a client facing role at a media agency
- As an agency, they combine Client Leadership and Planning. Key for this role will be strong client servicing skills and cross channel planning experience
- Knowledge of Planning and Research tools
- Excellent communication skills; both written and presentation skills
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Business Director to provide excellent client service and planning output
- Be the day-to-day contact for two key clients
- Contribute to the Account Director working group and help to roll out agency initiatives
- Play a key part in new business
