The Role:

As an Account Manager, you will play a central role in owning and growing key client accounts, acting as the main point of contact while driving projects from briefing through to delivery. The role goes beyond project management, with responsibility for guiding clients, challenging thinking where needed, and ensuring work is rooted in authentic audience insight.

You will work closely with research, strategy, creative and production teams to deliver high-quality, culturally relevant campaigns that meet both creative and commercial objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day management of multiple client accounts, acting as a trusted partner and primary point of contact
  • Lead project delivery across research, strategy, creative and production workstreams
  • Manage timelines, budgets and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive long-term partnerships and repeat business
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all outputs align with client brand guidelines
  • Manage account finances including forecasting, cost control, POs and billing
  • Own revenue backlogs and ensure accurate, timely reporting
  • Flag risks early and proactively manage challenges
  • Support new business and pitch activity, contributing to planning, cost tracking and delivery

 

Your Profile:

You are a confident, commercially minded Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. You enjoy working closely with clients, balancing operational excellence with creative ambition, and are comfortable taking ownership of complex projects.

 

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • 4+ years’ experience in account management or client-facing project management, ideally agency-side
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, on time and on budget
  • Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Solid commercial acumen, including financial tracking, forecasting and reporting
  • Experience working across digital, content, research or insight-led campaigns
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working at pace
  • Confident communicator with experience leading client conversations
  • Proactive, collaborative and comfortable taking ownership
