The Opportunity
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of standout integrated campaigns across media, influencer, content, and experiential
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and become their go-to contact
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape strategy and drive measurable results
- Work closely with a talented, supportive team in a culture that values ownership and ideas
- Play an active role in creative thinking, planning, and agency growth
Responsibilities
- Manage client programmes from planning through to execution and reporting
- Act as the primary day-to-day client contact, providing clear communication and counsel
- Support the delivery of shoots, events, influencer activations, and integrated campaigns
- Oversee timelines, budgets, scopes, and ensure smooth project delivery
- Lead on media and influencer outreach and execution, ensuring strong results
- Coordinate and mentor junior team members, helping them grow and develop
- Contribute to brainstorms, creative ideas, and new business opportunities
Your Profile
- Experience working at Account Manager level within an agency
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple workstreams and client relationships
- Calm, solutions-focused, and proactive
- Experience across integrated communications, including media, influencer, and content
- Motivated by producing great work and being part of a positive, collaborative team
