They’re now looking to hire an Account Manager to join their London team and play a pivotal role in managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of key accounts, deepen client relationships, and drive revenue growth within a supportive, collaborative, and fast-paced environment. 🔑 The Role Manage a portfolio of major clients, acting as the main point of contact for campaigns and long-term strategy. Build and grow relationships across agencies and brands, ensuring exceptional client service. Deliver pre- and post-campaign analysis with actionable insights to increase spend and renewals. Drive upsell opportunities and introduce new products to maximise account revenue. Partner closely with internal teams including New Business, Technical Account Managers, and Marketing. Onboard new clients and ensure a seamless transition from sales into account management. Lead regular business reviews and client meetings, building trust and demonstrating measurable value. 🎯 What We’re Looking For 3–8 years’ experience in digital media, programmatic, or agency account management. Strong track record of growing revenue across key accounts and retaining client portfolios. Ability to run campaign deep-dives, present insights, and pitch solutions with confidence. Client-facing, commercial mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Background in media agencies or adtech platforms preferred (programmatic exposure a plus).
