Account Manager – Programmatic Video - Supply & Demand 
£30,000 + 20% bonus 
London, UK (Hybrid)

Our client is a fast-growing global video technology company helping publishers and advertisers unlock the full potential of digital video. Their proprietary platform combines premium video content, advanced advertising technology, and powerful reporting tools to deliver high-impact campaigns across online video, connected TV, and display environments.

The Opportunity
• Join a leading video advertising platform working with premium publishers and major brand advertisers.
• Play a unique hybrid role bridging supply partnerships and campaign delivery across programmatic video.
• Work across OLV, CTV and display environments, gaining exposure to the full digital video ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, product and marketing teams in a highly cross-functional role.

Responsibilities
• Manage relationships with premium publisher partners, ensuring strong performance and long-term partnerships.
• Oversee publisher onboarding, integrations, and day-to-day supply account management.
• Conduct supply health checks across metrics such as VTR, viewability, and compliance signals.
• Support campaign planning, setup, optimisation, and reporting across video and display solutions.
• Assist with site list curation, targeting recommendations, forecasting, and deal setup.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise spend across key inventory partners.
• Produce campaign reporting, insights, and case studies using platform data.
• Act as a connector between internal sales, operations, marketing and product teams to drive efficiency.

Your Profile
• 1–3 years’ experience in digital media, ad operations, account management or programmatic advertising.
• Good understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and digital advertising workflows.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability with internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to learn within a fast-paced environment.
