Through advanced Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO), they help global brands deliver real-time, data-driven creative that performs across platforms – from display and social to video, search, and DOOH. The Role As Account Manager, you’ll act as the linchpin across creative, strategic, and technical teams, ensuring seamless delivery of digital campaigns for your client portfolio. You’ll lead on stakeholder communications, drive campaign effectiveness, and support the training and development of more junior team members. Managing day-to-day client relationships, being their trusted partner Driving campaign performance, using data and analytics tools (e.g. Datorama) to deliver strategic recommendations Leading internal workflows, from briefing specialists to quality assurance and project delivery Developing your team, managing at least one direct report and nurturing their growth Your profile: Proven experience within digital marketing, Paid Social, Display / Programmatic or Video A strong grasp of the digital media ecosystem Solid understanding of campaign delivery processes and technical set-up (ad operations, trafficking, etc.). Experience working with performance metrics, analytics dashboards, or optimisation reporting tools. A collaborative mindset, great communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. It is a bonus if you have worked on DCO or personalisation campaigns before, but full training is provided.
