The Opportunity

Take ownership of affiliate and partner marketing programmes for a portfolio of high-growth clients.

Drive channel strategy, optimisation, and performance to achieve ambitious growth and ROI targets.

Build and strengthen relationships with publishers, networks, and strategic partners.

Work alongside specialists across paid media, analytics, and marketing technology.

Play a key role in shaping the future of a growing affiliate marketing function.
Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end affiliate programme strategy and execution.

Identify, recruit, and grow high-value publisher relationships.

Optimise commission models, partner performance, and channel profitability.

Monitor tracking, attribution, compliance, and traffic quality.

Present performance insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

Support and mentor junior team members.
Your Profile
-
5+ years' experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing.

Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms such as Awin, Impact, CJ Affiliate, or Partnerize.

Experience managing publisher portfolios and commercial negotiations.

Excellent analytical skills with confidence using performance data and reporting tools.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Agency, technology, or high-growth consumer brand experience is highly desirable.
