Location: London (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week)

The Opportunity

  • Take ownership of affiliate and partner marketing programmes for a portfolio of high-growth clients.

  • Drive channel strategy, optimisation, and performance to achieve ambitious growth and ROI targets.

  • Build and strengthen relationships with publishers, networks, and strategic partners.

  • Work alongside specialists across paid media, analytics, and marketing technology.

  • Play a key role in shaping the future of a growing affiliate marketing function.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end affiliate programme strategy and execution.

  • Identify, recruit, and grow high-value publisher relationships.

  • Optimise commission models, partner performance, and channel profitability.

  • Monitor tracking, attribution, compliance, and traffic quality.

  • Present performance insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support and mentor junior team members.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years' experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing.

  • Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms such as Awin, Impact, CJ Affiliate, or Partnerize.

  • Experience managing publisher portfolios and commercial negotiations.

  • Excellent analytical skills with confidence using performance data and reporting tools.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Agency, technology, or high-growth consumer brand experience is highly desirable.
