🎸 Agency Sales Director – London | Hybrid – B2B Agencies

I’m partnering with a fast-growing B2B adtech scale-up that’s disrupting the market across Europe, North America, and APAC. Their platform combines a first-party business database, full ad tech stack, and advanced analytics — giving agencies and brands a truly data-led way to reach B2B buyers.

They’re now looking for an Agency Sales Director to take a senior role within the EMEA agency team. This is a high-impact position reporting directly to the CRO, with responsibility for driving growth across UK agencies, shaping strategy, and leveraging existing relationships to win major deals.

 

💡 What they need:
• 8+ years’ sales experience, ideally in programmatic or data-led adtech.
• Proven success selling into B2B media agencies with a strong book of relationships.
• Track record of closing complex, high-value deals and growing revenue.
• A proactive hunter mentality, comfortable leading from the front and representing the business at senior level.

 

💰 The package: £90,000 + significant performance bonuses, plus benefits including private medical, pension, 25 days holiday + birthday off, and more.
