Agency Manager – Out-of-Home Media
📍 London (Hybrid, 3 days in office)
I’m partnered with a leading global media group that combines some of the UK’s most iconic audio brands with a market-leading out-of-home (OOH) portfolio. Their network includes major transport hubs, airports, and premium digital sites, giving advertisers the chance to reach audiences at scale in impactful ways.
My client is now looking for an Agency Manager to join their commercial OOH team, managing agencies and clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a supportive, fun, and social commercial team in a business that’s widely regarded as one of the biggest and best media companies to work for.
The Role
- Manage and grow relationships with media agencies and direct clients across airport sites
- Nurture existing contracts and identify new revenue streams
- Deliver excellent client service, including pre/post campaign reporting
- Host monthly client meetings to showcase the offering
- Collaborate with wider commercial teams to drive long-term client success
What They’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience in out-of-home media
- Comfortable managing client and agency relationships, including budget discussions
- Previous exposure to OOH specialist agencies is a strong advantage
- Commercially minded, organised, and confident presenting to clients
- Someone who thrives in a sociable, collaborative team environment
