I’m working with a high-growth B2B adtech business that’s scaling fast across Europe, North America, and APAC. Their solution combines data, omni-channel activation, and analytics to give agencies and B2B brands a transparent, performance-driven approach to marketing.

They’re now looking for an Agency Sales Manager to join the EMEA agency team. This role reports into the CRO and is ideal for someone looking to accelerate their career by taking ownership of agency sales, building revenue, and expanding client relationships.

 

💡 What they need:
• 3+ years’ sales experience in adtech, programmatic, or media.
• Proven success selling into media agencies or B2B marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of data-led media buying.
• Proactive hunter mentality with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

 

💰 The package: up to £60,000 + bonuses, with benefits including private medical, pension, 25 days holiday + birthday off, and more.
