The Role As Associate Director you will lead the development of strategic communications plans. You will be the go-to expert on client planning needs, with end-to-end responsibility across the planning process—from insight generation to post-campaign analysis. Working closely with clients and internal teams and mentor and manage junior team members, ensuring top-tier planning outputs, and helping shape the next generation of strategic talent. Key Responsibilities Lead the creation and delivery of comprehensive communication plans across all media touchpoints Collaborate across strategy, partnerships, creative, tech, and analytics to align efforts with client goals Present strategic planning recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
