The Opportunity

Join a newly expanded Activation team, focused on delivering market-leading campaigns across Audio, Display, and Publishing.

Shape best-in-class media plans that balance creativity, innovation, and measurable results.

Work closely with client teams to ensure all campaigns align with objectives, KPIs, and comms platforms.

Drive innovation through emerging technologies, trends, and new market opportunities.
Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimise high-impact Audio and Display campaigns.

Manage relationships with media owners and suppliers to secure unique opportunities for clients.

Support audit guarantees and weekly supplier sessions to maintain best-in-class delivery.

Mentor and upskill junior planners and buyers, fostering a collaborative and accountable team.

Contribute to a culture of creativity, entrepreneurial thinking, and continuous improvement.
Your Profile

3–5 years’ experience in media planning and/or buying, with a strong passion for innovation.

Track record delivering results in Audio and Display campaigns, ideally with multi-market exposure.

Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.

Proactive, motivated, and excited to work in a fast-paced, independent agency environment.

Experience managing a team and building supplier relationships is desirable.
