A creative-led media agency is looking to hire a Biddable Media Executive to support the delivery of digital media campaigns across paid social, programmatic and wider online channels. The agency works with a range of clients and focuses on effective planning, activation and performance optimisation.
This role sits within a growing media team and offers hands on responsibility across paid social and programmatic campaigns, covering activation, optimisation and performance analysis. You will work closely with more senior media stakeholders as well as creative and account teams, gaining exposure across the full campaign lifecycle.
The role is well suited to someone early in their media career who enjoys hands on activation and wants to continue building strong technical foundations within an agency environment.
The Role
The Biddable Media Executive will support the day to day management of biddable media campaigns across multiple platforms. You will be involved in campaign build, activation and optimisation, while developing your understanding of planning, reporting and performance analysis.
- Build, activate and optimise biddable media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads and DSP partners
- Support campaign setup, pacing and daily performance monitoring
- Assist with identifying and implementing optimisation opportunities
- Support reporting, insights and post campaign analysis
- Manage audience creation, tracking, creative formats and conversion logic across platforms
- Translate campaign objectives and KPIs into platform and audience strategies with support from senior team members
- Work closely with creative, account and media teams to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly
- Liaise with platform partners and external suppliers as required
- Keep up to date with platform updates, new formats and best practice within digital media
What We Are Looking For
- Six to eighteen months of hands on experience delivering biddable media campaigns
- Practical experience across paid social and or programmatic platforms
- Exposure to platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads or DSPs
- B2B campaign experience preferred, but not essential where activation skills are strong
- Understanding of campaign setup, optimisation and performance metrics
- Comfortable working with data, reporting and insights
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Curious, proactive and keen to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative agency environment
