The Opportunity

• Lead paid search and paid social strategy for two performance-focused clients across Google, Bing, Meta, and Reddit.

• Optimise campaigns, forecast performance, and drive continual improvement to meet commercial KPIs.

• Collaborate with creative, data, and strategy teams to deliver integrated, high-performing campaigns.

• Build strong client relationships and act as the primary day-to-day point of contact.

• Champion innovation, testing new tools, formats, and approaches to enhance performance.

The Role

• Own strategy, planning, optimisation, and reporting for multiple biddable accounts.

• Provide operational leadership across campaigns in different sectors and verticals.

• Manage relationships with platform partners and search engine representatives.

• Analyse performance data, contribute to internal tool development, and provide actionable insights.

• Align Paid Search and Paid Social to unlock creative and strategic synergies.

Your Profile

• 2+ years’ experience in biddable media, ideally agency-side, with expertise in Google, Bing, and Meta.

• Skilled in bid management, tracking solutions, forecasting, and multi-account management.

• Highly organised, numerically confident, with advanced Excel skills.

• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and strong client-facing experience.

• Collaborative, proactive, and able to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
