The Role: Performance-led. Growth-focused. Impact-driven. As a Biddable Manager, you will play a key role in leading paid search and paid social activity for two performance-focused clients. The role goes beyond activation, with responsibility for strategy, planning and ongoing optimisation across channels. You will be instrumental in bringing Paid Search and Paid Social closer together, unlocking creative and strategic synergies, and helping shape best-in-class performance frameworks across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Own paid search and paid social strategy across Google, Bing, Meta and Reddit, with scope to build business cases for expansion into platforms such as LinkedIn Act as the primary day-to-day contact for two clients, managing relationships, expectations and delivery Provide operational leadership across multiple biddable accounts in different sectors and verticals Forecast annual performance, seasonal moments and key trading peaks Drive daily optimisation to deliver continual performance improvement Lead tracking, reporting, analysis and insight, including contributing to the development of internal performance tools Manage relationships with platform partners and search engine representatives, including face-to-face meetings Collaborate with creative, data and strategy teams to deliver integrated, high-performing campaigns Champion innovation by testing new formats, tools and approaches across paid media Your Profile: You are a confident and commercially minded performance specialist who thrives in fast-paced agency environments. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and enjoy partnering closely with clients to drive measurable growth. Essential Experience & Skills: 2+ years’ experience in biddable media, ideally agency-side Strong paid search expertise across Google and Bing Working knowledge of paid social platforms, particularly Meta Experience using third-party bid management and tracking solutions Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and performance strategies Strategic mindset with strong planning and forecasting capability Highly organised, detail-oriented and numerically confident Advanced Excel skills and confidence interpreting performance data Clear, articulate communicator with client-facing experience Collaborative, proactive and comfortable taking ownership What is on Offer?
