Our client is a leading UK retailer and travel specialist with a presence in airports, train stations, and travel hubs worldwide. As part of a new phase of commercial growth, the business is building an in-house retail media and brand activation function to deliver creative, high-impact campaigns for leading global brands.
The Opportunity
Join a fast-evolving retail media and brand partnerships team in an exciting Brand Activation Executive role.
You’ll support the creative development and execution of campaigns across digital, in-store, and experiential channels — from concept design to pitch presentation.
This role sits at the intersection of design, marketing, and commercial strategy — ideal for a creative, detail-driven designer or activation specialist looking to grow in a high-visibility retail media environment.
Responsibilities
Creative Concepting & Design

Bring campaign ideas to life through visual mock-ups, pitch decks, and creative assets.

Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to design visuals for brand pitches, store activations, and digital screens.

Translate commercial briefs into visually compelling concepts that tell a story and sell a vision.
Campaign Support & Delivery

Support the commercial and marketing teams in developing activation ideas and presentations for brand partners.

Create assets that demonstrate how campaigns would show up across in-store environments, front-of-store, and digital placements.

Liaise with agencies and suppliers where required to ensure campaign consistency and quality.
Project Coordination & Collaboration

Work closely with sales leads, transformation teams, and marketing to deliver projects to deadline.

Manage task workflows in Asana and maintain creative calendars for upcoming activations.

Support ad hoc internal design needs — including presentations and visual reports for leadership teams.
Your Profile

1–3 years’ experience in design, creative marketing, or brand activation (agency or in-house).

Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design, storytelling, and campaign visualisation skills.

Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Asana or similar project tools a plus.

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to translate briefs into high-quality creative output.
