With a 200k+ subscriber base and recent £1m revenue days, they are expanding their team following a string of high-profile creative collaborations and their first national TV campaign.
The Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of seasonal campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across every digital touchpoint.
- Manage macro-influencer bookings and outreach, securing licensing deals and maintaining key partner relationships.
- Act as the brand guardian when briefing internal Growth, Creative, and Production teams on multi-channel assets.
- Monitor campaign performance across Paid Social, Organic, and Email, identifying opportunities for future "mini-burst" activity.
Your Profile
- A proactive "problem-solver" who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and takes high accountability for deadlines.
- Confident communicator capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and holding cross-functional teams to account.
- Broad understanding of digital marketing channels with a keen eye for creative identity and brand alignment.
- Experience in influencer or partnership management, ideally with an existing network of industry contacts.
