We’re working with a global media and publishing group that specialises in delivering lead and demand generation solutions for some of the world’s biggest technology brands. With a network of owned publishers producing 300+ content pieces daily, they connect enterprise tech companies with highly engaged audiences – powering ABM, intent-based marketing, and pipeline growth.
The business is well-established, bootstrapped, and profitable, with 220+ employees worldwide. Now, they’re scaling their sales team and looking for a driven Business Development Director to lead new client acquisition and revenue growth.

🎯 What we’re looking for:
- 4–8 years’ experience in B2B media, demand generation, or tech publishing sales
- Proven track record of selling lead-gen, ABM, or digital media solutions
- Strong network and understanding of enterprise tech buyers (CMOs, demand gen, and digital marketing teams)
- Confident, independent, and commercially minded – comfortable running a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and renewal
- Collaborative and ambitious, with a consultative approach to clients
