Our client is a founder-led performance marketing consultancy built to deliver measurable ROI across PPC, CRO, and funnel optimisation. Backed by an experienced entrepreneur with a strong track record of scaling digital businesses, they’re launching a high-impact growth phase and building their first commercial team from the ground up.
The Opportunity
• Become the first dedicated sales hire, shaping the outbound strategy from day one.
• Work directly with the founder to define messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans.
• Own pipeline creation and see the direct impact of your work on revenue and growth.
• Sell performance-led solutions that deliver clear, data-backed results to ambitious brands.
• Join early and grow quickly as the business scales.
Responsibilities
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting: calls, LinkedIn, email cadences, and creative outreach.
• Research and map target accounts across eCommerce, lead-gen, and professional services sectors.
• Qualify prospects, run discovery, and book meetings for the closing team.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, track pipeline metrics, and forecast accurately.
• Continuously test and refine outreach tactics to improve conversion.
Your Profile
• Experience in digital marketing, performance media, or lead-generation sales.
• Proven outbound lead generation and pipeline-building skills.
• Commercially sharp, confident speaking with founders and senior marketers.
• Self-motivated and organised, comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build, not just maintain.
