Backed by a major global parent group, they combine the pace and autonomy of a challenger consultancy with the stability of an established organisation. The UK business is scaling a consulting-led model focused on enterprise clients undergoing complex digital and experience transformation.
The Opportunity

Own and grow senior enterprise client relationships across digital transformation, experience and technology

Lead consultative conversations that uncover client problems and shape commercially viable solutions

Translate ambiguity into structured programmes spanning experience, data, CRM, platforms and content

Act as the strategic glue between clients and internal specialists, bringing the right expertise in at the right time

Drive account growth through solution design, proposal ownership and commercial storytelling

Represent the consultancy confidently in workshops, QBRs and senior stakeholder forums
Responsibilities

Lead client strategy, commercial performance and long-term account health

Craft transformation roadmaps and propositions that convert insight into sold work

Own proposals, narratives and solution architecture rather than coordinating delivery only

Partner closely with experience, technology and delivery leads to ensure outcomes land

Influence without direct authority across multidisciplinary teams

Play a key role in shaping the future UK consulting proposition
Your Profile

Background in consulting, digital strategy, experience transformation or growth-focused client leadership

Proven ability to sell and shape complex solutions, not just deliver against briefs

Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills

Confident working with senior, often ambiguous, enterprise stakeholders

Commercially minded with experience growing accounts or portfolios

Comfortable operating across marketing, technology and experience without needing to be hands-on
