The Opportunity

Own smaller FMCG client relationships while supporting larger enterprise partnerships.

Responsibilities

Client Partnership & Account Management

Manage a portfolio of smaller FMCG accounts while supporting strategic enterprise clients.

Build strong relationships with clients through regular commercial and strategic conversations.

Support annual planning, renewals and insight-led growth opportunities.

Develop understanding of client objectives, retailer priorities and category performance.

Commercial Growth Support

Identify opportunities for incremental insight and consultancy projects.

Support pipeline development and account growth planning.

Work with senior client partners on larger strategic growth conversations.

Build confidence in managing commercial discussions and stakeholder engagement.

Insight & Strategic Thinking

Use customer, shopper and category insight to support client recommendations.

Work closely with analytics and insight teams to understand performance trends and growth opportunities.

Help shape strategic recommendations that support client and retailer growth.

Develop strong understanding of retail, FMCG and customer behaviour dynamics.

Collaboration & Communication

Partner closely with internal commercial, insight and client success teams.

Build credibility through strong communication, curiosity and commercial instinct.

Operate within a fast-paced, collaborative and highly client-facing environment.

Develop consultative communication skills with senior stakeholders over time.

Your Profile

3–6+ years’ experience within FMCG, retail media, strategic partnerships, customer success, account management or commercial client-facing environments.

Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Commercially curious with an interest in customer insight, retail strategy and growth.

Comfortable working with data, numbers and insight-led conversations.

Strong stakeholder management capability and collaborative mindset.

Backgrounds from retail media, FMCG commercial, customer insight, category, loyalty or strategic partnerships highly relevant.

Motivated by progression, strategic ownership and long-term career development.
