This is an opportunity for a Creative Strategist to join a leading independent digital marketing agency to lead social and performance creative across major retail and consumer accounts.
This role sits at the intersection of cultural insight, social strategy and creative direction - ideal for someone who understands how platform-native content is developed, tested and scaled across TikTok, Meta and creator-led channels.
You’ll work closely with creative, motion and strategy teams to shape social-first concepts, creative briefs and performance-led content across both paid and organic social.
Key responsibilities:
• Developing insight-led creative concepts and briefs
• Monitoring trends, communities and platform behaviours
• Leading social-first content ideation and treatments
• Directing creatives, motion designers and creators
• Supporting performance creative testing and optimisation
• Owning creative quality from concept through to delivery
Ideal background:
• Creative Strategist / Social Strategist / Content Strategist experience within an agency
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Meta, Instagram and creator ecosystems
• Experience building social-first and performance-led creative
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-output environments
• Fashion, retail, or lifestyle experience is a plus
