They're making their first dedicated Creative Strategist hire, giving you the opportunity to shape both the role and the future of creative strategy within the business. The Opportunity Creative is at the heart of everything Our Client does. You'll turn customer insights into high-performing creative ideas, developing structured testing frameworks that drive measurable commercial results across a portfolio of exciting consumer brands. You'll also play a key role in helping shape AI-powered creative workflows, working at the intersection of creativity, performance marketing and emerging technology. Responsibilities Develop insight-led creative strategies across multiple DTC brands. Write clear, high-quality creative briefs designed for testing and optimisation. Analyse campaign performance to identify winning creative concepts and messaging. Build customer insight frameworks to inform future creative direction. Collaborate closely with performance marketing and creative teams. Help evolve AI-powered creative processes and ways of working. Your Profile You'll have experience working with DTC or high-growth consumer brands and understand how creative influences performance. You may come from a creative strategy, paid social, copywriting or growth marketing background, but you'll be naturally curious, commercially minded and excited by experimentation. Most importantly, you'll have genuine enthusiasm for AI and be motivated by finding smarter, more effective ways of creating outstanding work.
