The Opportunity This is a high-visibility, strategic role acting as the "retention engine" across three distinct brands. You will navigate multiple growth phases simultaneously: driving aggressive acquisition for younger brands while mastering complex retention cycles for the mature flagship brand.
The Role

Lifecycle Strategy: Define onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back strategies across email, SMS, and direct mail.

Commercial Impact: Lead weekly business unit meetings to prioritize CRM deliverables based on projected value and revenue impact.

Creative Autonomy: Lead an "optimization" workstream with the freedom to pitch and execute creative experiments.

Leadership: Manage and develop a Senior CRM Executive while collaborating with Tech, Data, and Brand teams.
You

Experience: Significant CRM and retention experience in a fast-paced, data-driven organization (please note we are looking for candidates who are Senior CRM Executives looking to step up or Executives within lean brands who can show they have taken on full responsibility for CRM.

Tech-Savvy: Strong understanding of ESPs (like Klaviyo) and data flows; SQL knowledge is advantageous.

Analytical Mindset: Confident turning raw performance data into actionable growth insights.

Salary & Logistics: £40,000-£45,000 + equity.
